Braun project, delivered in collaboration with Monks. I was responsible for the full design cycle from visual concept and system development to final production assets, including retouching, adaptations, and end-to-end delivery. I worked closely with brand and production teams to ensure visual consistency, high craft quality, and compliance across multiple formats and markets.
The project spanned over six months and required continuous collaboration and alignment with multiple stakeholders. I led day-to-day communication, managed feedback loops, and ensured smooth execution across ongoing updates, iterations, and deliverables.
I developed and maintained a scalable design system and visual language tailored for different regions, adapting the work for the Japanese market as well as Europe and the US. From concept to final output, I fully owned the design process and execution across all assets and markets.
